Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Before returning any item(s), you must first contact us at email@example.com and outline the situation. We'll then issue you with a Refund ID number, which you must include written on the outer envelope/parcel when you send your item(s) back to us.
To return your product, you should mail your product to Invasion TCG Ltd, Mr. David Scotford, 4 Peak Road, Stourbridge, DY8 4UN, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, please double check your account and then contact your credit card company or bank. There's often a period of processing time before a refund is posted to your account balance.
If you’ve done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll be able to provide evidence of the timeline of your refund process and transaction information.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or we have incorrectly sent the wrong item(s) to you.
